Can I bring my dog?
Some of our cabins do allow a single small dog (up to 20lbs) and they are marked as “Pet Friendly” on the web site. Unless the cabin is marked pet friendly it does NOT allow pets. Return to top

Is the cabin secluded?
The majority of our cabins are located in the Arrowhead another. However we do several cabins which are more secluded and private. Return to top

Is there A/C in the cabin?
Yes all of our cabins have A/C to keep you cool on the hot days. Return to top

Can I smoke in the cabins?
NO, there is no smoking allowed in any of the cabins which we manage. Return to top

Do you offer trip insurance? Yes we offer travel insurance. The travel insurance only cost 7% of your rental bill. For more information about all the items covered by the trip insurance please click here (long version)  or (short version). Return to top

Is the cabin modern or rustic?

Does the cabin have a hot tub?
All of our cabins do have hot tubs. Return to top

Do you offer discount tickets on-line?

How Far is Gatlinburg from Pigeon Forge?
Gatlinburg is a short 5 mile drive down the “spur” (where the parkway runs through the national park land) from the south end of Pigeon Forge. Return to top

Can I get groceries delivered to my cabin?
Yes you can, we have partnered with “Smokey Mountain Grocery” who can not only deliver your groceries but even deliver them before you arrive and have your cabin completely stocked before you check in. Return to top

Does the cabin have Wi-Fi (internet access)?
A few of cabin owners have installed Wi-Fi in their cabins but there are several which do not have Wi-Fi access. Please be sure to check the online description for the cabin which you are interested in or call in to the office and we will be happy to answer this question for you. Unless the cabin description states that it has Wi-Fi there is NO internet access for the cabin. Return to top

I left something in the cabin, how do I get it back?
Arrowhead Cabin Rentals is happy to offer UPS returns. Simply call us and advise us of what was left and we will contact UPS who will pick up, package and ship your item(s) back to you. This process will require a credit card to be supplied at the time of request. Return to top

Do all bathrooms have showers and tubs?
NO, some of the cabin bathrooms only have a shower while others only offer a bathtub. Return to top

Do you supply towels, pillows, linens, soap, TP & coffee for the cabin?
If you are staying for several days, you may want to bring additional towels and beach towels for the hot tub and pool. You may also want to bring soap to wash your towels in the cabins that are equipped with a washer and a dryer. At Arrowhead Cabin Rentals, we try to be very environmentally-friendly and if you can hang your towels and re-use them during your visit this will help us have a lower impact on the environment. We do supply a VERY basic starter set in case you forgot anything for your first night. You WILL want to bring additional supplies. Do not damage the linens; be sure to use them for proper cause. Improper use (washing your vehicle) will result in a charge for damages. Each cabin is supplied with a limited complimentary supply to get your vacation started.

Linen amount supplied or listed below is only the amount supplied in each cabin. For cabins without washer and dryers, we supply double the normal number of towels. To keep rates from increasing, we can only supply the complimentary amount of supplies and linens. If you request additional supplies or linens, additional charges will apply.

Kitchen dish towels – 2
Sheets sets – 1 Set per bed or sleeper sofa.

Shower gel – 1 trial size per bathroom
Garbage bags – 2 bags per can
Dish washer soap – 1 trial size
Dish soap – 1 trial bottle
Toilet paper – 1 roll per bathroom
Paper towels – 1 roll
Coffee – 1 pack

Is Arrowhead Cabin Rentals in any way a “Time Share”?
NO, absolutely not, our cabins are privately owned. They are in no way shape or form a time share or related to any time share companies. There is no solicitation of any type allowed at Arrowhead Log Cabin Resort and you can rest assured your vacation here will be undisturbed. Return to top

Is there any type of community center near by that I can use?
Most of our cabins are located only 2.5 miles from the Pigeon Forge Community Center
this allows you (for a small fee) year round convenient use of the 86,000 square foot recreation complex including:

3 basketball courts
2 racquet ball courts
10 lane bowling center
Aquatic Center – 25 yard, 6 lane pool, shallow water baby pool (indoor & outdoor pools)
Child care center
2 Aerobics rooms
Meeting room
10th mile walking track
Wellness center

Community Center Hours:
M – F: 6AM – 9PM
Sat.: 8AM – 6PM
Sun.: 1PM – 6PM
These hours may change due to holidays, maintenance work, or inclement weather

When will I get directions and a street address for the cabin I have rented?
